Shipping Policy
Shipping options:
For clients living in Australia, we have the following shipping options:
- Standard Australia Post up to 3kgs - AUD$12 flat rate
- Express Post up to 3kgs - AUD$22 flat rate
For clients living overseas, we will email you separately for specific shipping rates and options.
Delivery Terms:
We dispatch all our orders within 5 business days. We aim to deliver your goods promptly and securely; however, we are dependent on third party suppliers and cannot make guarantees on delivery times. We always endeavour to keep good stock levels of all products.
Probiotic / Temperature-sensitive goods
Although not typically needed, orders with temperature sensitive items will be sent with a cold pack. We are not responsible for any temperature sensitive items once shipped. It will be the purchasers responsibility to be present for delivery of such items.
