Jo Cooper and Kath McFarlane are two wellness experts who have spent over 20 years developing preventative health and wellness programs designed for both corporates and individuals.
Their extensive experience and passion for wellness led them to create the Health Reflex, a comprehensive and proactive approach to wellness that focuses on educating, motivating, and empowering individuals to make positive lifestyle changes based on holistic wellness principles.
